The Minister of Epsom Methodist Church is hosting a 'Jazz Nite' to raise funds towards their building development programme .
David Winwood is a jazz drummer and he says he will throw in a song or two and they are all ghoping for a great night, says ,
" You could call this ecumenical jazz as the sax player, Dan Shackell, is a minister of St.Martin's Church,
the keyboard player, Steve Henwood, is Youth Pastor of the King's Church ,
on bass, Pete Tye, is on the staff of Generation Church and I am a Methodist ! "
Other talented singers and musicians will be contributing to a full and varied programme of popular music - at 7.30pm.on March 4th 2006.
Tickets are available at £5, to anyone who loves jazz music and would like a good night out,
from the Church office in Ashley Road , or on the door.
