Thursday Table Talk

Table talk is a lunchtime group for women of all ages.

We meet on alternate Thursdays in school term time between 12.15pm and 2pm.

We aim to offer friendship, stimulation and understanding, within a Christian context, to members and their guests.

Pre-school children can eat their packed lunches together in the Barrett Room and then play in the supervised crèche.

While mums come across to the lower lounge for a light lunch followed by a talk by a guest speaker from 1pm - 2pm.

Subjects are very varied - the programme for the term is displayed on the Table Talk notice board outside the lower lounge.

We ask our members to help with the running of the group by signing up to help make lunch, coffee, wash up and put the children’s toys out and clearing away at the end of the meetings.

The group is open to all and new members are always welcome.
