Saturday Rendezvous

On Saturday’s between 10am and 12 noon you can come and enjoy a cup of coffee and a sit down in the church lower lounge, access is down the left hand side of the Dovecote bookshop.

Our mission is to bring together members of our own church and others in the neighbourhood, as well as friends from further afield.

Our notice board outside of the bookshop assures passers-by of a welcome and when they leave they are given a copy of Focus (the Monthly EMC Magazine) and invited to come again.

Hot and cold drinks, soup, biscuits and cakes are served by members of different house groups and other friends who take it in turns to help at the counter week by week.

Whichever side of the counter the fellowship is warm.
