The group meets in the Epsom Methodist Church Hall.

The class is taken by a fully qualified instructor who will require to be informed in confidence of any relevant medical problems.

Dress is optional but suitable for this activity.

Aim: to keep fit, fight the flab, enjoy fellowship and have fun.

The aerobic session is tailored to suit varying stages of fitness and is open to men and women

All are welcome.

The Wednesday group is less strenuous than Tuesday's group.

Both groups are taught by qualified instructors.

Cost £1.50p per session.

A medical questionnaire is provided for the safety of the member and for the instructor's information, this is treated as confidential between client and instructor.

In certain cases, a doctor's approval needs to be obtained but the instructor's decision is final.

A joining membership fee of £5.00 also appertains.

Dress: at both meetings is optional.
